WordPress & Elementor Designer

We are an agency currently looking for a few awesome independent WP & Elementor Designer/Developer that are available 10-20 hrs a week to join our team.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Have a high level of expertise with WordPress, 1-5 years of experience.
• Have a high degree of expertise with Elementor

• Entrepreneurial spirit, can-do attitude, KIND, low-maintenance, highly reliable and honest, insatiable need to do great work.
• Proficient in front-end development programming languages such as HTML.
• Excellent at mobile responsiveness and cross-browser testing/implementation.
• Have your own laptop

LIKELY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build beautiful web pages that infuse personal connection and drive conversion
• Support account managers by setting them up for success, meeting all deadlines, and being responsible for your own work tasks without needing follow-up.
• Attend design meetings with the Creative Director, Account Manager, and Client.
• Brainstorm branding and design ideas, functionalities (Forms, pop-ups, feeds, etc.), implementation of systems (CRMs, Payment, etc.), technical setup (domain, email, hosting, etc.), and implementation of inbound marketing strategies.
• Design web graphics that are in alignment with client branding.
• Execute technical setup for new projects, plus execute website launch sequence (making sure there are zero errors).
• Ensure project scope is seen through to completion.
