We are looking for a talented and passionate Winery Restaurant Manager to join our team and help us deliver an unforgettable dining experience to our valued customers.

- Oversee daily operations of the winery restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, motivate, and manage team members. Coordinate operations with kitchen staff and customers.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring all guests have an exceptional dining experience.
- Monitor food and beverage quality and ensure consistency.
- Develop and implement menus in collaboration with chefs, focusing on seasonal and local ingredients.
- Create and maintain a welcoming, positive atmosphere for guests.
- Manage inventory and supplies, including ordering and overseeing the storage of products.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, and cost control, and prepare financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as winery standards.
- Organize and oversee private events, wine tastings, and other special functions at the winery restaurant.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.

- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, ideally in a winery or fine dining setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about food, wine, and hospitality.
- Knowledge of food and wine pairings, as well as the wine-making process.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
