Description
Mövenpick Hotel Yerevan is seeking passionate and service-oriented Waiters/Waitresses to join our Food & Beverage team. The selected candidates will play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences by delivering high-quality service in line with Mövenpick and Accor standards. Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression
- Present menus, provide detailed information, and make recommendations when requested
- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Ensure tables are properly set and maintained throughout service
- Handle guest requests and resolve any concerns professionally
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams for smooth operations
- Prepare and present bills, process payments, and ensure billing accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness and adhere to hygiene and safety standards
- Uphold Mövenpick and Accor service standards at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience in a waiter/waitress role is preferred
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- Fluency in Armenian, English, and Russian
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused personality
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
