Description

Armenia Marriott Hotel Yerevan is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Waiter/Waitress, with knowledge of English and Russian languages who would like to join our actively growing team.

Responsibilities

• Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests.
• Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, the length of wait, re-cook orders, and product availability.
• Communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen.
• Answer questions on menu selections, and check with kitchen staff whenever additional clarification is necessary.
• Communicate with the kitchen regarding the length of wait for food items, recook orders, and product availability.
• Welcome and acknowledge each and every guest with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly verbal greeting, using the guest's name when possible.
• Speak to guests and co-workers using clear, appropriate and professional language.

Requirements

• Fluency in Armenian, English, and Russian languages.
• Positive and professional attitude with good interpersonal skills.
• Safety Orientation, Stress Tolerance.
• Adaptability/Flexibility.
