Imperial Palace Hotel is looking for a welcoming and organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our company. In this role, you will manage front desk duties, support administrative functions, and create a friendly atmosphere for clients and visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees warmly.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the right person.
- Enter data and maintain filing systems.Keep the reception area tidy and organized.
- Assist with office tasks like preparing documents and reports.

- Work with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in an office setting is preferred.
- Proven experience using both Russian and English in a professional setting.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office equipment.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
