Truck Dispatcher – US Trucking

Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Truck Dispatcher to join our growing US trucking operation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for booking loads, communicating with brokers and drivers, negotiating rates, and ensuring on-time pickups and deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Search and book loads using load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.)

• Negotiate rates with brokers

• Dispatch drivers and provide clear load instructions

• Track shipments and update brokers/customers

• Manage paperwork (Rate Confirmations, BOLs, PODs)

• Solve problems quickly and professionally

• Maintain good broker relationships

• Plan routes for maximum profit and efficiency

Requirements

• Minimum 1 years experience in US trucking dispatching

• Strong English communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure

• Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented
