We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Tour Guide to join our team and share our passion with visitors.
Responsibilities
- Lead guided tours of the winery, vineyards, and wine production areas, providing engaging and informative commentary.
- Educate guests about the winemaking process, the history of the winery, and the unique features of our wines.
- Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere, ensuring a positive guest experience.
- Conduct wine tastings, offering recommendations based on guest preferences and answering questions about the wines.
- Assist with event coordination for private tours, group bookings, and special events.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of guests during tours, following all winery policies and safety guidelines.
- Provide support in maintaining a clean and organized tour area.
Requirements
- Passion for wine, winemaking, and storytelling.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse groups of people.
- Fluent knowledge of Armenian, Russian, and English languages.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or guiding tours is a plus.
- Knowledge of wine, vineyards, and the winemaking process is highly desirable but not required—training will be provided.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must be 21 years or older.
