Storekeeper

Description

Siemens GP Branch Armenia is looking for Storekeeper for Yerevan Combined Cycle Power Plant 2.

Responsible for the stores Infrastructure, for the spares inventory and scope of special tools. Furthermore, support of purchasing consumables and spare parts from local and foreign suppliers and maintaining the minimum stock level of all store’s items.

The contacts are internally the Station Manager, Business Administrator Manager, Department Manager, engineers and externally client representatives, authorities, sub-contractors, suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Issue reorder proposals to the technical departments, obtain quotations for consumables and spare parts from local and foreign suppliers, issue purchase requisitions
• Build up and maintain the stores Infrastructure, develop the stores organization and numbering system
• Maintain stores administration procedures in accordance to company policies, prepare monthly store reports
• Keep the minimum stock level of all store’s items, ensure the availability and trackability of all required items
• Check the parts quality and quantity during receiving, check the compliance of the deliveries with the corresponding order
• Maintain the spare part management in Omnivise Plant Management (WebBFS), ensure that all data are available and correct
• Perform regular stores inventory checks
• Take care and preserve the spare parts properly, make sure, that all parts are adequately stored and in good condition
• Provide spare parts for installation upon request

Requirements

• Several years (3 years) of related working experience, experience of working in an international team
• Communication skills

• Warehouse management
• Fluent in English
