Description
“KALIMAN CARIBE YER” LLC has been established in 1995 as the exclusive distributor of the prestigious brands of handmade Habanos cigars within Bulgaria. Until now the company has developed within 12 countries: Albania, Armenia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Croatia, Georgia, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia with today projection:
- Developing dynamically trade import - export – local supply chain, national and international distribution.
- Representing a variety of cigars & cigarillos, smoking accessories.
- Managing own retail chain - Premium Cigars & Tobacco shops, as well as licensed retail franchises: La Casa del Habano and Cohiba Atmosphere.
For our La Casa Del Habano in Yerevan, we are looking for a professional who will take on the development of the facility as a Store Manager.
The employee will work according to the store's schedule together with his colleague in 12-hour shifts, being fully responsible for the development and sales in the store.
Main Responsibilities
Store development responsibility:
- Achieve the set commercial goals.
- Plan, coordinate and implement various activities that stimulate sales development.
- Participate in the process of selection, training and development of the team.
- Monitoring the processes of the store, the performance and schedule of the team.
Support for distribution:
- Prepare orders – documentary and in ERP; physically allocate the goods in the warehouse.
Documentary reporting:
- Collect and provide accounting documentation to headquarters in Bulgaria and the local accounting firm.
- Collect and provide commercial contracts and agreements to the commercial department in headquarters in Bulgaria.
- Assist the HR team with documentation and administration.
Requirements for the position
- Experience in a similar position - min. 5 years.
- Experience in team development and sales growth.
- General knowledge of local legislation and trade.
- Precision, analytical skills, responsibility and loyalty.
- Fluent use of English and MS Office.
- Previous experience with ERP would be a plus.
- Valid driver's license without violations would be a plus.
