Cigaronne is a premium brand known for its excellence, luxury, and refined experiences. We’re expanding our retail presence and looking for a dynamic, business-minded Shop Manager to lead our store and drive growth through smart partnerships and creative marketing.

As the Store Manager, you will be responsible not only for the daily operations of the shop but also for developing and executing business strategies. Your focus will be on creating strong ties with tourism agencies, enhancing brand visibility, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

• Shop Management

• Oversee daily retail operations to ensure smooth and professional service
• Lead, train, and motivate the shop staff
• Ensure the store maintains a premium look and feel in line with the brand.

• Business Development

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with tourism agencies and related partners
• Identify growth opportunities and initiate collaborations that bring more foot traffic
• Analyze market trends and recommend strategies to increase sales

• Marketing & Social Media

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns in collaboration with HQ
• Manage and grow the shop’s presence on social media platforms
• Organize in-store promotions, VIP visits, and brand events

• Strategy & Reporting

• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and customer feedback
• Work closely with the head office on stock management and product launches

Պահանջներ

• Fluency in English is a must (spoken and written); other languages are an asset
• Proven experience in retail management, hospitality, or luxury customer service
• Strong understanding of marketing, sales, and brand development
• Confident communicator and relationship-builder
• Passion for high-end products and creating premium experiences
• Proactive, results-oriented, and highly organized

Ընկերության հիմնադրման հիմքում ընկած է այնպիսի սիգարետների ստեղծման սկզբունքը, որոնք գերազանցում են մինչ այդ ընդունված որակի չափանիշները, բավարարում են հիգիենիկ քմահաճ պահանջները և միշտ տարբերվում են օրիգինալ դիզայնով: «ՍՊՍ Սիգարոն»-ի մայր ընկերությունը Cigaronne International LTD-ն է, որը գործում է Լոնդոնում, Մեծ Բրիտանիա:

2000 թվականին «ՍՊՍ Սիգարոն» ընկերությունը աշխարհին ներկայացրեց սիգարետի նոր ապրանքանիշ՝ յուրահատուկ ֆիլտր-ծխափողով: Սիգարետների արտադրության մեջ օգտագործվում էին աշխարհահռչակ պլանտացիաների լավագույն ծխախոտատեսակները։

Հիմնադրումից ի վեր «ՍՊՍ Սիգարոն» ընկերությունը համագործակցում է աշխարհի առաջատար առևտրային և արդյունաբերական ընկերությունների հետ՝ հումքի, արտադրության ու լաբորատոր՝ հատուկ պատվերով պատրաստված սարքավորումների մատակարարման համար,որոնք ապահովում են արտադրական սահուն և դինամիկ գործընթացը։
