Description

Responsibilities
- Welcome and guide clients to the spa procedures․
- Answer phone calls․
- Provide detailed information of spa treatments and services to clients․
- Manage reservations, changes, and cancel appointments․
- Process payments from clients for a spa.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree․
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian, and English․
- Guest/customer relations experience, preferably in a hospitality environment․
- Good knowledge of computer skills․
- Excellent communication skills․
- Ability to handle conflict and resolve problem situations in a level-headed manner.
