Service Procurement Specialist

Description

AAB construction is looking for a Service Procurement Specialist.

Responsibilities

• Source and procure services,
• Develop and execute procurement strategies for service categories,
• Evaluate supplier proposals based on cost, quality, risk, and performance,
• Negotiate pricing, service-level agreements and contract terms,
• Draft, review, and manage service contracts in coordination with legal teams,
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and regulatory requirements,
• Maintain accurate procurement records and reports,
• Build and maintain strong relationships with service providers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field,
• Strong negotiation and communication skills,
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities,
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills,
• Knlowledge of Russian and English is a must.
