Senior SMM Specialist

We're looking for a creative, data-loving SMM Specialist to join our marketing team. If you eat, sleep, and breathe social media trends, viral content, and performance-driven marketing, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute social media strategies across all platforms
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
• Create and maintain a content calendar for multiple social platforms.
• Cross-department communication
• Stay updated on SMM trends, algorithms, and best practices.
• Generate, edit, and publish daily content (organic & paid).
• Brainstorm and execute creative, situational content ideas.
• Run social media ad campaigns (Meta)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Journalism, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in social media marketing
• Portfolio with examples of social media management, advertising campaign launches, and proven results in audience growth and engagement
• Proficiency in social media management tools like MetaBusinesSuite, Canva, Figma, AI
• Strong copywriting, visual design and creative skills
• Good knowledge of Armenian, English & Russian languages

Experience managing social media for shopping malls, retail chains, or fashion and accessory stores will be an advantage!

Պահանջներ

• Հայերենի գերազանց իմացություն (հմտորեն վարել գրագրություն, գրագետ պատասխանել մեկնաբանություններին և նամակներին),
• Անգլերեն և ռուսերեն լեզուների լավ իմացություն,
• Մարքեթինգային կիրառական գործիքների և տեխնիկաների իմացություն (Meta-ի գործիքակազմի տիրապետում),
• Canva-ի իմացություն,
• Ժամանակակից թրենդերի իմացություն,
• Գրելու, խմբագրելու գերազանց հմտություններ (Ֆոտո/ վիդեո/ տեքստ),
• Աշխատանքը՝ միայն գրասենյակում, ոչ հեռավար։
