Senior Marketing Specialist

"PROFAL" group is looking for a Marketing specialist.

Job responsibilities

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis

- Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns across various channels
- Manage and monitor the content creation for social media, website, and other marketing materials
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed

- Collaborate with sales and product development teams to align marketing strategies with business goals
- Manage marketing budget and ensure cost-effective marketing activities
- Lead the development and implementation of new marketing initiatives
-Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality execution of marketing activities and campaigns
-Organize and participate in events, such as conferences, trade shows, and webinars, to promote the brand and build professional networks
-Guide and mentor junior marketing team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment

Required qualifications

- Proficient in marketing principles and strategies
- Knowledgeable in digital marketing tools and platforms
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools

Additional information

Special Knowledge

- Experience with marketing automation and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Yandex Metrics) for tracking campaign performance and customer engagement.

Required Experience

- At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of successful marketing campaign management and strategy development
