Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI-powered automation solutions, with a primary focus on intelligent web browser automation and autonomous AI agents.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience building AI agents capable of navigating complex websites, making independent decisions, interacting with dynamic web applications, and executing multi-step workflows with minimal human intervention.
This role combines Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agent development, browser automation, and software engineering to create reliable, scalable, production-ready automation systems.
Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy intelligent AI agents capable of autonomous decision-making, planning, and task execution.

Develop advanced browser automation solutions using Playwright, Puppeteer, Selenium, and AI-powered browser interaction frameworks.

Build AI agents that can navigate websites, understand page content, interact with dynamic interfaces, fill forms, extract information, and complete complex workflows.

Implement multi-step AI workflows with reasoning, tool calling, memory, error handling, and automatic recovery.

Integrate LLMs such as OpenAI GPT, Claude, Gemini, and other models into automation systems.

Develop AI-driven solutions that adapt to changing website structures and unexpected situations without relying entirely on predefined scripts.

Design systems that combine traditional automation techniques with AI-based reasoning and decision-making.

Build scalable backend services and APIs to manage AI agents, automation tasks, and execution results.

Optimize AI agent performance, reliability, execution speed, and API costs.

Research and evaluate emerging AI agent frameworks, browser automation technologies, and autonomous AI solutions.
Required Qualifications

3+ years of professional software engineering experience, with hands-on experience developing AI-powered applications or automation systems.

Strong programming skills in Python and/or JavaScript (Node.js).

Practical experience with browser automation technologies such as Playwright, Puppeteer, or Selenium.

Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs and developing AI agent workflows.

Understanding of AI reasoning, autonomous decision-making, tool/function calling, and multi-step task planning.

Experience working with dynamic websites, JavaScript-heavy applications, authentication flows, and complex user interfaces.

Experience developing APIs, backend services, and database integrations.

Strong debugging, problem-solving, and system architecture skills.

Ability to independently design and implement complex automation solutions.

Experience with Git, testing, and production deployment.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with AI agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar technologies.

Experience developing autonomous browser agents using browser-use, Playwright MCP, or similar AI-driven tools.

Knowledge of multi-agent architectures, agent memory, task orchestration, and self-correcting workflows.

Experience with computer vision, screenshot-based browser interaction, and multimodal LLMs.

Experience with RAG, vector databases, and semantic search.

Familiarity with AWS, Docker, cloud infrastructure, and scalable distributed systems.

Experience handling complex browser sessions, cookies, authentication, and anti-bot challenges within authorized workflows.

Experience developing automation systems for large-scale data extraction, web applications, or business process automation.

A strong portfolio demonstrating real-world AI agents or intelligent automation projects.
