Hey. We are looking for a friendly,responsible,and customer-oriented Sales Specialist to join our See's Candies chocolate shop team at Dalma Garden Mall.

The Sales Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, organizing and completing chocolate sales, preparing customer orders and gift packaging, maintaining the shop’s cleanliness and presentation, processing payments, and monitoring product quality and expiry dates.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide professional, friendly, and attentive service.
• Present and explain the available chocolate products, gift sets, and packaging options to customers.
• Organize and complete daily chocolate sales and customer orders.
• Prepare and arrange chocolate products in accordance with established packaging and presentation standards.
• Provide attractive and accurate gift wrapping and packaging services.
• Operate the cash register/POS system and accurately process cash and card payments.
• Regularly check product expiry dates and ensure that products are sold and displayed according to established standards.
• Inform the responsible person about products approaching their expiry date or any quality-related issues.
• Maintain the shop floor, display areas, shelves, and working space in a clean, neat, and attractive condition at all times.
• Ensure that products are properly arranged and replenished when necessary.
• Follow company standards regarding customer service, product presentation, hygiene, and workplace procedures.
• Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the shop.
• Perform other sales-related duties assigned by the direct supervisor.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or a similar position is preferred.
• Fluent spoken Armenian.
• Mandatory conversational English and Russian.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, polite, and customer-oriented attitude.
• Responsible, organized, and attentive to details.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to handle cash and card payments accurately.
• Good presentation and personal hygiene.
• Willingness to work according to a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays when required.
