Sales Manager (Laboratory Equipment)

Description

• Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues,
• Delegate responsibility for customer accounts to sales personnel,
• Provide feedback, support, and coaching to the sales team,
• Co-ordinate sales action plans.

Responsibilities

• Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
• Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
• Understanding and promoting company programs.
• Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
• Maintaining client records.
• Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry/Physics/ business/marketing or related field.
• Experience in sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Readiness and ability to learn.
• English and Russian (B1 level).

Work schedule: 9:00-18:00, 13:00-14:00 Lunchtime, 5 days with two days off (Saturday and Sunday).
