Pulse Events is a dynamic and innovative event and marketing agency specializing in the full cycle of event planning and execution. We design, develop, and organize a wide variety of events, including corporate team-building activities, product launches, conferences, cultural festivals, and private celebrations.
We are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role is vital in growing our client base and managing ongoing projects
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and reach out to potential clients.
- Present and promote company services in a compelling and client-focused way.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Manage calls and email communications in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate and support ongoing client and internal projects.
- Oversee and manage company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create engaging and relevant content, including reels and short-form videos.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good command of written and verbal English.
- Basic knowledge of SMM (social media marketing) and experience with content/reel creation.
- Fast learning ability, proactive attitude, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools is a plus.
