Description
Radisson Blu Hotel, Yerevan is a leading international hospitality brand known for excellence, innovation, and quality service. We are seeking a passionate, detail-oriented, and experienced Reservations Agent to join our dynamic team in Yerevan.
Responsibilities
- Handle reservation requests via phone, email, and online channels․
- Accurately enter and update reservations in the hotel system․
- Provide detailed information about room types, rates, promotions, and hotel services․
- Maximize room revenue through upselling and cross-selling․
- Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, and other departments regarding bookings․
- Manage cancellations, modifications, and special guest requests․
- Ensure all reservations comply with hotel policies and procedures․
- Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction and confidentiality․
Requirements
- Previous experience in reservations or front office in a hotel is an advantage․
- Good knowledge of English and Russian․
- Strong communication and customer service skills․
- Ability to work with hotel reservation systems (Opera knowledge is an advantage)․
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills․
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks․
- Team player with a positive and professional attitude․
