Reservation specialist for hotel

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-oriented Reservation specialist to join our team. As Reservation Agent you’ll deliver this through managing all aspects of reservation department (for example customer service, telephone services and guest reservations).
Responsibilities
- Manage hotel reservations in the PMS (create, modify, and cancel bookings)
- Verify and maintain accurate reservation information in the PMS
- Respond to guest and partner inquiries via email, OTA extranets, and phone
- Monitor and manage room availability
- Coordinate guest and company payments, invoicing, and reservation-related documentation
- Communicate and cooperate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain high standards of guest service and accurate reservation management.
Requirements
- Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good command of English, Russian and Armenian especially written communication
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and work effectively in a team
- Experience in customer service and a passion for working with guests
- Experience working with hotel reservation systems (PMS) and OTA extranets will be considered an advantage
- Knowledge of Triosoft PMS will be considered an advantage․
Working schedule: Monday - Friday from 09:00-18:00
