About Us
Vitaline Trans Inc. is a growing Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) company serving California. We are looking for an experienced, responsible, and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team.
Position Overview
As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating drivers, managing transportation requests, communicating with patients and healthcare facilities, and ensuring all trips are completed safely, efficiently, and on time.
Responsibilities
• Dispatch and coordinate drivers throughout the shift
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls with patients, healthcare facilities, and brokers
• Manage trips using the TripMaster system
• Assign, update, and monitor transportation requests
• Process daily manifests and schedules
• Monitor trip execution and on-time performance
• Handle same-day, urgent, and will-call trips
• Perform trip reroutes according to broker and company requirements
• Track trip statuses and ensure accurate updates
• Communicate with drivers and provide operational support
• Resolve transportation and scheduling issues quickly and professionally
• Maintain accurate trip records and operational documentation
• Follow company procedures and compliance requirements
• Maintain operational control and discipline during the shift
Requirements
• Fluent Russian
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher (speaking and writing)
• Previous dispatcher experience is required
• Experience in NEMT or transportation dispatching is preferred
• Strong computer and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to perform well under pressure
• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
• Responsible, organized, and dependable
Work Schedule
• 8-hour shifts
• Evening/Night schedule
• Fully remote position
