BostonGene’s mission is to enable physicians to provide every patient with the highest probability of survival through optimal cancer treatments using advanced, personalized therapies via sophisticated analytics and integration of scientific and clinical knowledge.

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our HR team and manage the recruiting process.

Responsibilities

• Source, engage, and hire top talents
• Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
• Partner closely with Hiring Managers to identify the business needs and demands
• Participate in onboarding process

Requirements

• Experience in a recruiter role
• Knowledge of various sourcing methods
• Strong communication skills, critical thinking and innovation
• Experience recruiting for Bioinformatics, Software Development is a plus
• Responsible and result oriented
