Description
An administrator shift night is required at the Dynasty Hotel:
- Work schedule 1/3
- Night shift; working hours - (21:00-09:00)
- Salary - AMD 12,000
Responsibilities
- Friendly attitude towards customers;
- Orientation skills in stressful situations;
- A sense of responsibility;
- Checks the list of guests arriving for the day;
- Welcomes customers to the hotel;
- Responds to customer requests for information about the hotel and its surroundings;
- Organizes special services requested by the guests:
Requirements
- Experience in the implementation of administrative work;
- Good knowledge of English and Russian, written and oral communication skills;
- Knowledge of Ms office, Word software;
- The Triosoft Hotel Program.
