Description
Grand Hotel Yerevan is looking for Receptionist, who will serve as the first point of contact for all guests. As such, the ideal candidate should be friendly, welcoming, patient, helpful and knowledgeable.
Responsibilities
- Greet all guests and assist them with chek-in and check-out.
- Maintain a positive attitude and friendly demeanor.
- Respond to all guest questions and requests.
- Answer and forward phone calls.
- Manage guest bookings and reservations.
- Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
Requirements
- University degree;
- Working experience in hotel/hospitality or administrative works is a plus;
- Reporting and business writing skills;
- Willingness to work with shifts;
- Customer-obsessed behavior;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Positive attitude;
- Details-oriented;
- Ability to deal with tasks independently;
- Conflict management skills;
- PC literacy;
- Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English languages.

The Grand Hotel Yerevan is the oldest working hotel in the Armenian capital and the first hotel in the city which always has something different from all those who came after. The Lobby Bar is located inside our most evocative and famous for its uniqueness place: in the Winter Garden. The hotel has 4 conference rooms, a beautiful SPA of 1000 square meters located on the - 1 floor including a fitness center and a rooftop swimming pool with a seasonal opening where you can regenerate in the summer months enjoying Yerevan from above.
