Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Python Developer to join our growing technology team. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual who is passionate about modern web development and eager to build enterprise-grade applications alongside experienced engineers.
Responsibilities
- Build and extend ERPNext/Frappe back‑end modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, etc.).
- Craft and maintain RESTful APIs to integrate with external systems.
- Design and optimize MariaDB schemas, ensuring performance and data integrity.
- Write clear, testable Python code and participate in code reviews.
- Troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 3+ years of solid Python experience, with a focus on writing clean, maintainable, well‑tested code.
- Deep understanding of relational databases (MariaDB/MySQL), including schema design, indexing and query tuning.
- Strong grasp of REST principles and API development.
- Comfortable working in Linux environments, using Git and collaborating in agile teams.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, with a passion for learning new technologies and delivering elegant solutions.
Good‑to‑Have
- Hands‑on experience with ERPNext/Frappe custom apps and “bench” commands.
- Familiarity with ERPNext core modules (Manufacturing, CRM, HR).
- Exposure to background jobs, scheduler hooks and Jinja templating.
