Description
We are looking for a reliable and detail‑oriented Purchasing Supervisor to join our hotel team. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who understands hotel operations, works confidently with suppliers and systems, and communicates effectively in English.
Responsibilities
- Assist in daily purchasing operations for hotel departments
- Communicate with suppliers regarding orders, pricing, and deliveries
- Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and related documentation
- Maintain accurate records in purchasing and inventory systems
- Monitor stock levels and support cost‑control procedures
- Coordinate with Accounting, F&B, Housekeeping, and Engineering teams
- Ensure compliance with hotel standards and purchasing policies
Requirements
- Previous experience, experience in hotels or hospitality environment is a strong advantage
- Fluency in English or higher (spoken and written)
- Good computer literacy (MS Office; experience with hotel systems is a plus)
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability, professionalism, and a proactive attitude
