We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the furniture production sector. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of assignments, organizing and monitoring ongoing activities, and overseeing project timelines. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, with a strong understanding of the technical aspects of our products to effectively manage projects from conception to completion.

Պարտականություններ

Develop project organization and implementation plan.
Coordinate communication among engineering, supply, production, and quality management departments. Communicate project goals, progress, and changes effectively.
Coordinate and manage the internal resources needed for the realization of the projects.
Monitor project implementation schedule ensuring that all tasks are completed on time.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Address and resolve issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
Efficiently and responsibly manage inventory needs.
Track the status of workflow effectiveness and efficiency.
Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders. Ensure that all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

Պահանջներ

Experience in working with manufacturing or construction spheres will be considered an advantage.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Advanced knowledge of English, Russian and Armenian.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification will be a plus.
Professional communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
