A reputable trading company in the field of export and import is in need of a skilled office manager (female) to join its administrative team.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor's degree (preferably in Management, Business, or related fields)․
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in office management․
- Proficient in administrative tasks, archiving, and drafting formal correspondence․
- Familiarity with export, import processes, and customs affairs is an advantage․
- Strong time management, planning, and task-follow-up abilities․
- Proficient in Office software (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)․
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills․
- Knowledge of , Armenian, Russian and English (sufficient for conversation and formal correspondence)․

- Planning and coordinating the CEO's meetings․
- Following up on administrative tasks and business correspondence․
- Managing calls and communicating with clients and colleagues․
- Preparing and tracking documents and reports․
- Coordinating internal affairs and communicating with various departments․
