Description

This Multilevel Marketing Business Partner role is based in Armenia (and Georgia) and focuses on promoting Siberian Wellness products and building a sustainable MLM network.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day activities include presenting product benefits to potential customers, supporting existing clients, and guiding Privileged Customers through referral and bonus programs. The role involves recruiting, training, and mentoring new clients and business partners, organizing local meetings or events, and maintaining strong growth of the clients and partners network.

  The Business Partner will also monitor sales performance, coordinate with regional leadership, and consistently represent the brand’s products, values and wellness-focused lifestyle.
