Gulf Armenia is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team and support the execution of ATL, BTL, Digital Marketing, and other marketing activities.
The Marketing Specialist will work as part of the Marketing team, providing operational support for ongoing advertising campaigns, promotional activities, events, and digital initiatives under the supervision of the Head of PR & Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the implementation of the company’s marketing plan and advertising campaigns.
• Assist with ATL activities, including outdoor advertising, radio, print materials, media placements, and other advertising channels.
• Support the execution of BTL activities, including promotions, brand activations, events, partnerships, and sponsorship projects.
• Assist with Digital Marketing activities, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media promotion, and other digital channels.
• Collaborate with SMM specialists, designers, content creators, and other members of the Marketing team.
• Participate in the preparation and production of POSM, advertising materials, branded merchandise, and other marketing assets.
• Support marketing activities related to new service station openings, seasonal campaigns, special offers, and promotional initiatives.
• Assist in the organization and execution of corporate, promotional, and brand events.
• Monitor competitor activities, market developments, and relevant industry trends.
• Collect and organize data related to advertising and marketing campaign performance.
• Prepare regular reports for the direct manager covering completed and ongoing tasks, marketing activities, campaign results, and key performance indicators.
• Prepare analytical materials, consolidated data, reports, and presentations as requested by the direct manager.
• Monitor key Digital Marketing KPIs, including reach, engagement, CTR, CPC, conversions, and other relevant performance metrics.
• Ensure that marketing materials comply with Gulf brand guidelines and standards.
• Perform other marketing, organizational, and coordination tasks related to the day-to-day activities of the Marketing Department.
• Ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately and within established deadlines, while keeping the direct manager informed of progress.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, PR, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in Marketing, Advertising, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Good understanding of ATL, BTL, and Digital Marketing principles and tools.
• Practical knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SMM, and Digital Analytics, AI.
• Experience supporting advertising campaigns, promotional activities, events, or other marketing projects.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assigned tasks simultaneously and meet established deadlines.
• Ability to prepare structured reports, presentations, and marketing performance data.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a responsible approach to assigned tasks.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively according to the priorities, instructions, and tasks set by the direct manager.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop professionally within the Marketing team.
• Proficiency in Armenian, Russian, and English.
