Marketing & Sales Specialist

Description

We are looking for a motivated Marketing & Sales Specialist to join our growing team in Yerevan.

This role is ideal for someone confident in sales, client communication, lead generation, and digital marketing. Experience with Google PPC and Meta Ads is considered a strong advantage, but the primary focus of this position is sales growth, client acquisition, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Generate, qualify, and manage leads through different channels

• Communicate with prospects and clients through calls, emails, texts, social media, and other communication platforms

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Conduct sales presentations, consultations, and follow-ups

• Assist in closing deals and improving conversion rates

• Support marketing campaigns and promotional strategies

• Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns when needed

• Work with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and ROI

• Track leads, pipelines, and customer interactions using CRM systems

• Research market trends, competitors, and customer behavior

• Prepare reports and provide performance feedback

• Help improve customer engagement and retention

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)

• Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or customer communication

• Experience communicating through multiple platforms (phone, email, social media, CRM systems, messaging apps, etc.)

• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Professional attitude and strong work ethic

• Team player with problem-solving skills

• Experience with Google PPC and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads is a strong advantage

• Knowledge of CRM systems and sales pipelines is a plus

• A basic understanding of digital marketing and online advertising strategies is preferred

• Experience in customer service, appointment setting, or business development is a plus

Additional Notes

• Full-time position

• Schedule: Monday – Friday

• Hours: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM

• Transportation provided by the company

• Location: Yerevan, Armenia
