Position Overview
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for building and executing the portfolio’s marketing strategy across all channels. This role requires a blend of creative vision, strategic thinking, wine industry knowledge, and a hands-on attitude. You will lead storytelling, digital marketing, trade support, and PR efforts, working closely with our leadership and sales teams to grow Keush’s visibility and reputation worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Foundation: Lay the groundwork for brand evolution and trade readiness.
- Lead updates to label designs, packaging, and overall brand identity adjustments.
- Develop core marketing collateral: presentations, technical sheets, shelf talkers, and gifting concepts.
- Build social media strategies for each brand, aligned to positioning and target markets.
- Coordinate photography and storytelling assets.
- Manage logistics and branding for trade shows, pop-up events, and regional tastings.
- Direct content and visual updates for initial website facelift projects.
Digital Marketing and PR: Amplify brand presence across digital and media channels.
- Create and execute an email newsletter program for trade and consumers.
- Launch and optimize social media advertising campaigns; lead SEO/SEM strategies.
- Manage press relations, coordinating wine submissions for ratings and media features.
- Expand brand exposure through targeted communications campaigns and media partnerships.
E-commerce and Sampling Growth: Drive direct-to-consumer engagement and strategic brand visibility.
- Develop and manage sampling and gifting programs targeting sommeliers, importers, media, and influencers.
- Collaborate on a full website and e-commerce rebuild, including CRM platform setup and integration.
- Test and iterate digital campaigns, partnerships, and creative marketing pilots to drive engagement and sales.
Qualifications
- 4–6 years in marketing roles, preferably in wine, spirits, or luxury.
- Strong project management and execution experience.
- Ability to maintain high creative standards across branding and communications.
- Digital fluency across SEO, social ads, CRM platforms, Google Analytics, and basic CMS management.
- Experience creating or managing photography and brand content.
- Passion for wine and familiarity with the global wine landscape (WSET Level 2+ a plus).
- Fluent English; Armenian or French is a strong advantage.
- Willingness to travel for key events, tastings, and vineyard visits.
