Description
The Marketing Director is responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing strategy for a portfolio of commercial businesses located within a luxury ARTLIFE KEMPINSKI residential and hotel complex in Yerevan, Armenia. These businesses include restaurants, bars, event venues, and retail outlets.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this senior leadership role will oversee marketing across all business units, ensuring a cohesive brand strategy, strong market positioning, and revenue growth across the property ecosystem. The Marketing Director will lead integrated marketing initiatives spanning digital marketing, brand management, partnerships, events, and public relations to drive traffic, engagement, and commercial performance.
The role requires a strategic and data-driven leader with strong experience in hospitality, lifestyle, brand management or mixed-use real estate environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy across all commercial units within the property.
- Align marketing initiatives with the company’s overall business objectives and revenue targets.
- Position the property as a premium lifestyle destination by creating a unified brand narrative across restaurants, bars, retail, and events.
- Establish annual marketing plans, budgets, and KPIs across all business units.
- Oversee marketing activities for all commercial outlets including:
Restaurants (2), Bar, Event Hall, Private Memebership Club / Cigar Club, Fashion Retail Stores (2).
- Ensure each unit maintains a distinct identity while contributing to the overall brand positioning of the complex.
- Coordinate cross-promotional initiatives between businesses to maximize customer engagement and spending.
- Develop and maintain consistent brand guidelines across all commercial outlets.
- Oversee all marketing communications including advertising, PR, digital content, and social media.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives including social media, paid media, SEO/SEM, and website management.
- Design and promote events, activations, and seasonal campaigns to drive foot traffic.
- Collaborate with operations teams to market special events, private functions, and experiential offerings.
- Develop partnerships with brands, lifestyle organizations, and the local community.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 8-10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 4-5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in hospitality, luxury lifestyle brands, fashion retail.
- Proven experience managing marketing for multi-unit operations (restaurants, retail, or hospitality venues).
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, brand strategy, and integrated campaigns.
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue through strategic marketing initiatives.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
