Taypee Capital is looking for a Marketer to join our growing team.
The main goal of the position is to build and strengthen the Taypee Capital brand, communicate our investment offering clearly and credibly to clients and partners, and generate qualified interest through digital channels.
The specialist must be able to understand the specifics of the investment and financial services sector, turn complex ideas into clear, compliant and engaging content, and monitor the effectiveness of our marketing activity.
Main responsibilities
- Developing and executing the marketing and content plan for Taypee Capital,
- Creating, editing and publishing content for the website (www.taypee.co.uk), LinkedIn and other digital channels,
- Preparing market updates, newsletters, articles, case studies and investor-facing materials,
- Managing and growing the company's social media presence, with a focus on LinkedIn,
- Planning and running email marketing campaigns to clients, prospects and partners,
- Supporting lead generation activities and working closely with the investment and business development team,
- Coordinating the design of presentations, brochures, pitch materials and other branded collateral,
- Applying SEO principles to improve the website's visibility and organic traffic,
- Tracking and analysing website, social media and campaign performance and preparing regular reports,
- Researching the market, competitors and industry trends to suggest new ideas and improvements,
- Using AI tools to improve the efficiency of content creation, editing, analysis and work processes,
- Ensuring all materials are accurate, professional and consistent with the brand and regulatory requirements.
Required knowledge and skills
- Knowledge of the core principles of digital and B2B marketing,
- Excellent written and spoken English (content will be produced primarily in English),
- Knowledge of Armenian and Russian is an advantage,
- Strong copywriting and editing skills, with attention to tone and detail,
- Experience with LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram for business,
- Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics and email marketing tools,
- Proficiency in using AI tools, particularly ChatGPT, Claude and similar platforms,
- Basic design skills (Canva or similar) are a plus,
- Interest in, or knowledge of, finance, investments or capital markets is highly desirable,
- Ability to analyse data and campaign performance and draw practical conclusions.
