The successful candidates will get great exposure to a range of professionals by communicating directly with all members of the Business Development team and the Clients. If you are a highly energetic and motivated individual who is also a quick learner, you have strong
communication and also analytical skills then we will be happy to have you in our team!

Responsibilities

• Create strong relationships with drivers and customers with clear verbal communication and expectations․
• Answer customer/driver questions that are received via phone, email, and text quickly and confidently.
• Confirm paperwork/order is complete and vehicles are ready for pickup․
• Proactively provide customer updates․

Requirements

• Must be fluent in English.
• Communication Skills: Musk listen and speak plainly and communicate effectively via phone or email.
• Ability to Multitask: Must be very organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure․
• Problem-Solving Skills: You will need to be able to prioritize the most important situations, and think quickly on your feet․
• Must have strong attention to details․
