Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary

Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company’s international logistics operations, ensuring smooth and timely import/export processes in compliance with local customs legislation and international shipping regulations.

The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational and communication skills, be detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and effectively manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate international transportation operations (import/export) in accordance with local customs legislation
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and other logistics service providers
• Organize, track, and monitor shipments to ensure timely and efficient delivery
• Communicate with suppliers, transportation companies, and international partners
• Prepare, process, and maintain shipping, customs, and logistics documentation
• Create invoices and manage related documentation processes
• Maintain accurate logistics records and shipment reports
• Work with the 1C program for documentation and operational processes
• Resolve shipment delays and logistics-related issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with company policies and international trade regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of import/export procedures and customs regulations
• Proficiency in Armenian, Russian, and English
• Knowledge of the 1C program
• Experience in invoice preparation and documentation management
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Stress-resistant with strong problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and a high level of responsibility

2000 թվականին «ՍՊՍ Սիգարոն» ընկերությունը աշխարհին ներկայացրեց սիգարետի նոր ապրանքանիշ՝ յուրահատուկ ֆիլտր-ծխափողով: Սիգարետների արտադրության մեջ օգտագործվում էին աշխարհահռչակ պլանտացիաների լավագույն ծխախոտատեսակները։
