Description

Cigaronne is a growing international brand with operations and business relationships across multiple markets. As we continue to expand globally, we are looking for an experienced and highly qualified Lawyer to join our Legal team and provide strategic and day-to-day legal support across the company’s corporate, commercial, and international activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level legal advice on corporate, commercial, and business matters.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize complex contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Advise management and internal departments on legal risks, contractual matters, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead the preparation, review, and maintenance of corporate documentation and legal records.
• Manage corporate registrations, amendments, reorganizations, powers of attorney, and other corporate formalities.
• Review and negotiate agreements with suppliers, partners, service providers, and other business counterparties.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate legal and contractual risks associated with business activities.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and provide clear, practical, and business-oriented legal recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Armenian legislation and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Provide legal support for the company’s international operations, cross-border transactions, and business expansion.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel, government authorities, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor contractual obligations, deadlines, renewals, and compliance requirements.
• Develop and improve legal templates, internal policies, procedures, and contractual frameworks.
• Protect the company’s legal and business interests in negotiations, disputes, claims, and other legal matters.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive corporate and legal information.
• Perform other legal assignments and strategic projects as required by Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law; Master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 4 years of relevant professional experience in corporate, commercial, contract, or business law.
• Proven experience handling complex corporate and commercial legal matters.
• Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, contract, and civil law.
• Strong understanding of Armenian legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated experience in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing complex commercial and corporate agreements.
• Strong legal research, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify and assess legal risks and provide practical, business-oriented solutions.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple complex matters and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in Armenian, English, and Russian.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior management, business partners, government authorities, and external legal counsel.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and commercially minded approach.

2000 թվականին «ՍՊՍ Սիգարոն» ընկերությունը աշխարհին ներկայացրեց սիգարետի նոր ապրանքանիշ՝ յուրահատուկ ֆիլտր-ծխափողով: Սիգարետների արտադրության մեջ օգտագործվում էին աշխարհահռչակ պլանտացիաների լավագույն ծխախոտատեսակները։

Հիմնադրումից ի վեր «ՍՊՍ Սիգարոն» ընկերությունը համագործակցում է աշխարհի առաջատար առևտրային և արդյունաբերական ընկերությունների հետ՝ հումքի, արտադրության ու լաբորատոր՝ հատուկ պատվերով պատրաստված սարքավորումների մատակարարման համար,որոնք ապահովում են արտադրական սահուն և դինամիկ գործընթացը։
