Qualifications

• Higher Education in Law: A degree in law is required (a Master’s degree will be considered an advantage).
• Experience: At least 1 year of professional legal experience.
• Corporate Law Expertise: Strong knowledge of corporate law, including corporate governance, contract law, labor law, intellectual property, tax, civil, migration, and administrative matters.
• Contract Drafting Skills: Proven ability to draft and review contracts with accuracy and clarity.
• Corporate Documentation: Experience (or readiness) in preparing corporate documents such as founding documents, charters, amendments, and board/shareholder decisions.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of French will be considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing legal counsel and support on corporate and commercial matters.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Preparing and maintaining corporate documentation for commercial and non-commercial entities.
• Advising on labor, IP, tax, civil, and migration-related issues.
• Conducting legal due diligence and providing risk assessments.
• Supporting clients in protecting and advancing their corporate interests.
