Description
We are seeking a motivated Junior Technical Engineer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with foundational IT skills to gain hands-on experience with enterprise IT infrastructure and data center solutions. The role involves assisting with installations, troubleshooting, and technical support tasks while learning from experienced team members.
Responsibilities
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues for enterprise IT systems.
- Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, storage, networking, and backup solutions.
- Provide basic troubleshooting and escalate complex issues to senior engineers.
- Maintain accurate records of support activities and service logs.
- Collaborate with senior engineers during implementation and integration projects.
- Stay updated on the latest enterprise IT technologies and certifications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, and virtualization.
- Eagerness to learn and develop technical skills in data center technologies.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Relevant certifications or coursework (e.g., CompTIA, networking fundamentals, or virtualization basics) are a plus.
