International Recruiter

Our ride-hailing service has millions of users because it's fast, convenient, and affordable. Within just a few years, we launched it under the Yandex.Taxi in hundreds of cities in 16 countries around the world. We currently operate in Europe, central Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. We don't plan on stopping there. We're growing fast and looking for an ambitious recruiter to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• full-cycle recruitment for international positions;

• interact with hiring managers regarding their staffing needs, role requirements and other recruitment issues;

• use direct search methods including LinkedIn, Job Boards, Advertising, Social Media, Networking and Employee Referrals;

• interview, screen and evaluate candidates to identify ones who fully meet the position requirements;

• manage resumes in our ATS;

• report on the current status of vacancies;

• get involved in various internal and external HR-related projects.

Required experience:

• bachelor's or master's degree;

• 1-2 years of recruitment experience;

• experience using social media recruiting tools, especially LinkedIn Recruiter;

• excellent written and spoken Armenian and English;

• excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

• a proactive and driven approach;

• people orientation and an active mindset.
