We’re Hiring: Incoming Tour Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Incoming Tour Manager to oversee both pre-designed and customized tour programs, manage budgets, and ensure seamless communication with international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming requests and ensure all client needs are met
• Manage client communication via email and other channels
• Act as a liaison between the office and clients
• Address feedback and resolve any issues professionally

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word & Excel)
• Team player with the ability to meet deadlines

Job Details:

Salary: 120,000 - 150,000 AMD (net) + bonuses from sales

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:00 - 18:00
