SunChild Eco Tours is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Incoming Tour Manager to coordinate our eco-conscious travel programs, manage on-site operations, and personally welcome guests at our beautiful lodge locations.
About the Role
As our Incoming Tour Manager, you’ll play a key role in organizing and delivering high-quality tour experiences. You’ll oversee both pre-designed and customized travel programs, maintain professional communication with international clients, and ensure smooth, welcoming operations at our lodges in Armenia.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming tour inquiries and client requests.
- Communicate via email, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Personally welcome and assist guests at our SunChild Lodges in Ararat, Vayots Dzor, and Lori.
- Handle all aspects of guest hospitality and on-site experience.
- Manage lodge staff responsible for cleaning, food preparation, and supply purchases.
- Ensure proper lodge maintenance and daily operations.
- Act as the main liaison between clients and the office.
- Gather and respond to guest feedback to continuously improve service quality.
