Description
ARGE BUSINESS LLC is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist to support our Human Resources team in daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Organize all HR documentation processes by HR Software and coordinate with RA legislation.
- Prepare employment agreements, orders, vacations, business trips, references, powers of attorney.
- Generate official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and warning letters.
- Maintain physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records.
- Assist in the development of onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations.
- Suggest new procedures and policies to continually improve the efficiency of the HR department and organization as a whole, and to improve the employee experience.
- Help organize internal events, trainings, or performance review cycles.
Requirements
- Relevant work experience․
- Knowledge of RA labor legislation․
- BA in Human Resources Management, Law or any related field․
- Strong written/oral communication skills in Armenian, Russian and English.
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools.
- Ability to work with various departments and independently with minimal supervision.
- Skills in database management and record-keeping.
- Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
