Seven Visions Resort & Places, The Dvin, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our Human Resources team.The role involves managing payroll, supporting key HR functions, and ensuring smooth daily HR operations in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process monthly payroll accurately and on time․
• Assist in recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes․
• Support employee relations, performance tracking, and engagement activities․
• Coordinate with the Documentation Specialist to ensure HR files and records are properly maintained․
• Provide support in attendance, leave, and schedule tracking․
• Prepare HR reports and assist in audits when required․
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws․

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field․
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, (hospitality experience is a plus)․
• Excellent communication and organizational skills․
• High level of confidentiality and accuracy․
• Strong understanding of payroll procedures and HR practices․
• Good command of Armenian, English and Russian․
