Responsibilities
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle — from posting vacancies and screening candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support staff development initiatives, training sessions, and team-building activities.
- Ensure compliance with school policies, labor laws, and professional standards.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that aligns with our school’s values.
- Serve as a key point of contact for employee relations, promoting effective communication and problem-solving.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (preferably in an educational or international organization).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Excellent command of English; knowledge of Armenian and/or Russian.
- High sense of responsibility, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.
