Description

As HR Generalist at Wicked Games Armenia, you will play an important role in ensuring seamless HR operations and effective talent engagement, also fostering a positive workplace culture.

This position requires teamwork, ability to take responsibility, being initiative and follow up with the given tasks.

Key Focus Areas

  • Talent Engagement (junior/mid/mid+ roles).
  • Hiring process organisation.
  • Onboarding of the new employees.
  • Employee Engagement and Office Events.

Focus Area 1: Talent Engagement (50% of your occupation)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various roles within the company.
  • Work closely with the hiring managers on the development of the JDs.
  • Utilise various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals, to source potential candidates.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Manage the interview process, including scheduling and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
  • Prepare and send job offers to selected candidates, or rejection letters to those not chosen, ensuring timely and clear communication with the applicants.

Focus Area 2: Hiring Process (10% of your occupation)

Responsibilities:

  • Make sure the necessary documentation is collected and the employee registration process was conducted based on the laws and regulations.
  • Work closely with the legal and accountant teams to have accurate and concise employee data.
  • Manage the process of visa applications and renewals for the foreign employees together with the lawyers.
  • Coordinate end-to-end relocation logistics, such as flight bookings, accommodation, and onboarding support.

Focus Area 3: Onboarding (20% of your occupation)

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate onboarding processes, ensuring seamless setup for new hires (workspace, team, office rules etc.).
  • Together with the Head of HR, create clear policies and employee handbook that explain company operations and rules.
  • Conduct onboarding presentations with the new hires.
  • Keep in touch with the new employees during the probation period having 1:1 meetings, to understand how the onboarding processes is being done.

Focus Area 4: Employee Engagement and Office Events (20% of your occupation)

Responsibilities:

  • Together with the Head of HR, organise internal office events, team-building activities, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Establish internal communication strategy, and constantly develop it by engaging employees.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of the relevant experience.
  • Good knowledge of English (this is a must).
  • Experience in the iGaming or technology industry is a plus.
  • Knowledge of BambooHR (ATS), Slack is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems effectively.

Reporting Structure:

  • HR Generalist reports directly to the Head of HR in Armenia.

Schedule: Monday - Friday:10:00 AM - 19:00 PM (1 hour break).
