Description
We are seeking HR documentation specialist supporting the Human Resources department with managing and organizing employee-related records and documents. The role focuses on maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and assisting HR teams in various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain employee records in a confidential manner.
- Ensure that HR documentation complies with labor laws, company policies, and industry standards.
- Input and update employee information in HR systems or databases.
- Prepare reports related to employee records and data.
- Suggest ways to improve HR documentation workflows and increase efficiency.
- Support various HR programs, like recruiting, onboarding, and performance management, by organizing necessary documentation.
Requirements
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in administrative roles, HR, or document management is a plus.
- Knowledge of HR policies and legal regulations.
- Knowledge of English is a must․
