Mövenpick Hotel Yerevan is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising housekeeping operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction throughout the hotel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met
• Assign tasks and schedules to housekeeping staff
• Monitor housekeeping supplies and coordinate inventory requirements
• Train, guide, and evaluate housekeeping employees
• Handle guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations, and Mövenpick service standards

Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping operations, preferably in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and cleaning standards
• Fluency in Armenian; knowledge of English and Russian is an advantage
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
