Description
Are you a dynamic and experienced hospitality professional with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences? The Arte՛ hotel in the heart of Yerevan, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Hotel Receptionist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the front office, reservations, and guest services departments․
- Ensure the highest standards of customer service and guest satisfaction are met and exceeded․
- Manage, train, and motivate a team of front-line staff to achieve performance goals․
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and resolve any issues promptly and professionally․
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments to ensure seamless service․
- Manage room inventory, rates, and budgeting in collaboration with the General Manager․
- Implement and uphold all hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards․
- Prepare operational reports and assist with administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred․
- Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) in a hotel administrative or front office management role.
- Fluency in Armenian and Russian (knowledge of English or other languages is a strong advantage).
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Proficiency in hotel management software, PMS and MS Office.
