Description
We are looking for a warm, organized, and customer‑oriented Hostess to join our team at GIA restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a friendly and positive attitude
- Manage reservations and walk-in seating efficiently
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus
- Coordinate with waitstaff to ensure tables are ready for seating
- Answer phone calls and provide basic restaurant information
Requirements
- Fluency in Armenian, English, and Russian
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts
Additional Notes
working schedule: 6AM-3PM and 3PM-12AM (working both shifts is mandatory), 5 working days
